Let’s Awaken, Beautiful People!

We have entered a time where our inner grace is constantly challenged. It’s part of our experential earth life stuff. We are here to evolve and, geez, it’s just not for the feign of heart. So, it’s crucial that we surround ourselves with powerfully positive thoughts, people, and information. Choose to be the solution. Start with self. Seek out the wisdom, the Love, the beauty, the calm within yourself. Tell yourself the truth at all times.
 
Drop your deceit, lies, knives (the backstabbing ones) and pick up your reasons for growing, developing, expanding…Once you set intention, fascinating things start to happen. You notice the light in a child’s smile. You realize your neighbor’s sour face is because s/he is lonely and needs a smile, a helping hand. You find yourself feeling calmer for no apparent reason. You chide away from negative talk, especial gossip. You choose not to berate a person, or curse a person. In other words, you begin to be the change you want to see in others.
 
Our Souls are awakening. Our time is now. Our need is Love, respect, compassion, resurrection and to know when to retreat. Please take good care. We are all in growth mode. The rest is on us. Seek the help you need. You’re not alone. Actually, you’re in GREAT company! Smile often. Forgive often. Hug yourself and someone else. Walk away from those who do not have you in mind. Love will win in the end, but it’s a ways away. So, keep it motivated. 😉 Please remember: Every journey begins with the first step.

Traversing Life’s Abyss, The Soul’s Alchemical Journey


As we wander through hell, we catch glimpses of Heaven. Keep your eye on Heaven and the rocky paths will be easier to navigate.

The abyss may seem foreboding, but don’t let it stop you from your growth.

Please do not send me replies worrying about me. I am an open book. When I struggle, I share it so that others can know there is a way out of the valley. I traverse valleys and know there are paths that lead out. However, those paths are not always easy to find. Sometimes we need help and want to ask for help, but others act like they’ve never traversed a valley. So, some of us  travel through alone, often taking longer than would be necessary if we had support or we never find our way out. That’s the tragedy of not recognizing ourselves in each other.

Traversing a valley, an abyss, means this, your Soul is giving you a great opportunity for growth and change. You are being invited to pull off old skin, and it can be a very painful process. Why do you think so many run from it? You see all these folks doing so much in the community and in the world, but really, they are in deep pain. They’re just wearing a mask and are afraid of traversing the abyss. So, they hide. They hide and make you feel as though you are alone in your sorrow. NO! You are in good company. This is a time of Soul awakening! It’s not personal. We’re all being tugged in some aspect of our lives, whether we admit it out loud or not.

Thirsting on the Path.

The Soulwork connected to traversing the abyss, walking through the valley allows you the opportunity to release false belief systems, useless habits and relationships. The valley has food, even if it doesn’t taste good.

I know this because I know valleys. In the past year and a half, my path has been arduous. It’s been a most humbling and revealing experience. I thought it was depression, and some of it was, but mostly, it was that I was going through great inner transformation, and was trying hard to control the process. I felt my skin coming off in front of people. I was dying, but it was an egoic death, the death of choice.  I was being made anew in the midst of intense personal and life challenges obstructing my path. The challenges came in many forms, deathsof Loved ones, great illnesses of Loved ones, financial pitfalls, and my own illness from exhaustion and need for change. I was given little time between the challenges to even catch my breath. Though I knew it was a necessity if I was to fulfill my Soul purpose here, I tried to control it, take it in small doses. Haha, that never works when the call is complete transformation.  My Soul has always been very important to me, and it was time to liberate myself from old ways of being in the world. had begun and my Soul’s longing for its fullness would not be denied. It was clearly my time for tremendous growth.

Through traversing the valleys, the abysses of life, I have learned that there are clusters of light in the darkest of places. It has taken remarkable courage and patience for me to walk through, trod through, crawl through the valley, especially this time. This journey has been a deep, painful and magnificent journey for the evolution of my Soul.

Life for all of us is rapidly changing and to get through this time, our feet need to be firmly grounded in Divinity. Otherwise, we will not only misinterpret our challenges, we will succumb to them. When you traverse the abyss, when you step deeply into yourself, quiet and center yourself, you avail yourself to receive the guidance and teachings of the Masters. You are reminded of who you truly are and your purpose becomes clearer. You will realize that you are allied with others who are also traveling the path of the Soul. As soon as you make the intention to be successful in this journey, your intention harmonizes with Divine Intention, and your most urgent needs are met in ways you couldn’t have imagined.

Your Soul journey may be arduous, but you will come out aglow, liberating your soul and removing calcification around your heart that have prevented you from fully embracing your life’s potential. You will see yourself clearly, flaws and all, and Love yourself even more, because instead of being ashamed of your flaws, you realize they are necessary for your life journey. You realize that your flaws are not who you are, but what you pass through. You can still Love yourself and have flaws. They tell you what needs attention, what needs changing. They are not meant to cripple your journey, but to give you information.

Light and darkness transforming the Soul.

It’s the alchemy of the Soul to wander in darkness and find light. Finding yourself is the outcome.  “Know thy Self” and to thy own self be true. From there your compassion, Love and respect for all life will be contagious to those around you by vibration alone.

In these times of great emotional stress and turmoil, we get to learn what is truly valuable within ourselves. We get to know who we truly are and release those things that do not speak of our Divine nature. We get to know Divine Grace and become one with it.

No, this is not a path for the weak of heart, but your soul longs for this path. Like the Masters of Life, Buddha, Krishna, Yeshu‘a, known as Jesus the Christ, Mary Magdalene, Mary, Mother of Yeshu’a, and many more whose names are unknown to us, we all have our days in the desert. Let courage accompany your journey. Your heart will strengthen and your Soul will evolve. What greater gifts can you realize? The glitter of the outer world will no longer call you to respond in want, but to realize it as glitter and what is truly of value in life will no longer elude you.

This is our time, y’all. Unite in the Spirit of Divine Change and Transformation. The earth is excreting its bowels and the worst in human nature has and will continue to be revealed. Revel in Life’s beauty. We will hear awful news, and still know, we are in transformational times. The world is on evolution. The worst and the best will convergence in harmony.

We are living in a time of great and potent cleansing, and it requires patience, forgiveness and Love needed to withstand it. We are ALL in this together. We become the change we want for the world as we brave the alchemical fire that turns us into Divinity’s precious jewels. RISE EMPOWERED!

If I know anything, I know we are on the brink of a new world. I have seen glimpses of it. It’s indescribably delicious, lush, Loving, and heavenly harmonious. We are in the dawning of a new day, a new way. Yes, it is always darkest before the dawn. However, the “power” of darkness is fleeting. It will NOT prevail! We are not alone. How do I know? I was shown through two of the deepest visions I’d ever experienced. We went through hell and reached Heaven.

We are being purposely  bombarded with lies, travesties, injustices, and shown the worst aspects of humanity. People are afraid to open their minds and hearts and are missing the new world evolving around us. Our fears are being nourished by the violence in our daily news, in our streets, in the wars, schools, homes and in our minds. “They” are thorough in their deliverance. Even our families are dissolving in the mayhem. We’ve forgotten our children come first. We have given them models of destruction and immorality as daily food that we, too, consume. Lust, greed, jealousy, and false pride have been our main courses.  We fall for anything and will give up our most precious gifts for money or the thought of it. We are at the brink of disaster, yet, are so busy fishing for dimes, we’re missing the signs. We are creating our own demise.

Our minds are being controlled with fears of violence, disease, racial, ethnic, cultural wars and the world is being taken over by monsters who feign caring for the needs of the people when nothing could be further from what is true. We are being set up. However, we are so enthralled in the illusion,  we can’t see our way to our Divine Path.

I am writing this because we are passing through the illusion of hell and people are losing grip. This is humanity’s initiation to harmony. Do NOT lose your grip. It’s a very powerful illusion, but it is NOT where we park. It is the path we will traverse as we evolve. Great Beings are journeying with us and may be called on for help. It’s about to look bleaker than bleak, y’all. Sit in the Silent place and connect with THE ALL HOLY ONENESS. Do NOT lose connection. Strengthen this relationship. Let it be your main focus.

IT will be your Ship across tumultuous waters and your Anchor. If you have been wary about Divinity, whatever you call IT, now’s the time, now is the time, to hone in, caress your spirit, make it your focal point and hear your way through.

You don’t have to believe me, but those who know me know me know my gift, which is also my albatross, I see and am given visions. I saw 9/11, Katrina and it’s aftermath, and so much more way before their occurrences. Many of my friends argued me down until one of the things I was shown came to pass. It’s a heavy burden, at times, devastatingly so.

I don’t need you to believe me. I’m only a vehicle used to share this message. I guarantee you; I am not the only one sharing it either. For some reason, today is the day for me to do so. If you are not standing strong, firmly planted in divinity, perishing will feel like a gift. I have had this message for a while and thought sharing it would take an act of tremendous courage. Turns out, I’m wrong. Debate it, discuss it; do what you will. My mission was to share it. It’s finally done.

My sister asked why I’ve been preparing for this, I told her because I was given this vision as a child. I have always known this time would come and I would be one of the messengers. However, it’s not time for my story. This is our time, collectively, to step up the next wrung to self-actualization and evolution.

Time to step up, drop the bulls*%t and truly, humbly, Lovingly, joyfully, honestly embrace your Divinity. You may feel urges to quiet down, sit still, go within. Do so! Miss the party. Those are messages to clear yourself from the bombardment of distractions from you true Self.. It’s time now to hear our hearts and minds. The Soul is awakening from a longgg, drunken sleep.

Many people are already on this path and with great diligence. Many get this. It’s your turn: WAKE UP! You are dearly treasured. Now be that treasure and feed your being Divine Food. It is the nourishment that will carry your Soul through the mayhem imminently on our trail. Signs are everywhere. Wake up!

Sleep for five to eight hours and then,

Look around you,

See the love and support that has remained with your

Through all of your difficult encounters.

No matter where you have roamed or what you have done,

You have always remained loved and support.

What have you given back to those who have NEVER forsaken you?

Love, complaints, a helpful hand, lies, excuses?

Yes, you have changed your program, but was it by choice or did it

Prove to be the wrong path for one as gifted as yourself?

WAKE UP, CHILD!

Time moves on and waits for no one!

Be not the fool, the dog who barks at the flying bird.

This is your time. Use it well and it will be kind to you later.

Misuse it and you will be constantly reminded, embittered by the waste.

You have left a messy trail.

It led you to the streets and then to jail.

Achievement in school remains the best way forward.

Education is priceless. If you don’t believe me, try living without it.

Plant the seed now and later the harvest will feed you.

Work hard NOW and the benefits will surprise you.

No matter what you think, NO ONE owes you.

You owe yourself, more than you’ve been willing to admit.

So OWN yourself!

Take a deep breath…exhale slowly

These days are filled with fascinating natural occurrences. Arizona has experienced its second major dust storm in a month. Over 241 tornados touched down in Alabama and the midwest, leaving uncountable and in some cases, insurmountable, damages, including loss of life and property. The news is not reassuring but actually serves to keep fear at the forefront of our lives. Stress plays an all too major role in our everyday lives and many of us need a way to handle it effectively. Well, here’s a 10-20 breathing exercise that may not be able to prevent high blood pressure but it can keep it from rising. Sometimes we just need an easy way to handle our stress and the right type of breathing can be the answer. Your breath can be of great aid to your process or it can hinder your process by keeping you feeling fearful and inflexible. Remember, deep breathing is essential to good health.

Acupuncture also aids you in deepening your breathing practice as it aids the respiratory system in improving its function. Choose to have vibrant  health by taking time to deepen your breathing with the Hara Breathing Exercise Technique and open yourself to practices that improve your health.

HARA BREATHING EXERCISE TECHNIQUE

Hara breathing is done to relieve the body, mind, and spirit of all types of stress.  If you feel weak or overwhelmed, scared or angry, breathing into the hara will ease these feelings.  Breathing into the hara region allows you to contact your reservoir of energy, and then helps you to root it.

Find a place of quiet, peacefulness.  Make sure the clothes you are wearing are loose fitting, especially around your waist.  You may lie down, sit down or stand up to perform this breathing technique.  It may feel more comfortable to either lie down with your knees slightly bent (to take pressure off your lower back), or to sit in the lotus (crossed-legged) position. (Careful of too placing much pressure on sore knees)  Begin with natural breathing, allowing your body, especially your jaws, neck and shoulders, to relax.

Begin by taking three deep, cleansing breaths, inhaling slowly through your nostrils, while expanding your abdomen, and finish by exhaling slowly through your mouth.

Now, inhale slowly through your nostrils to the count of five (“one thousand one” and so on).  Place your tongue at the roof of your mouth.  Feel your inhalation all the way down to your hara, the region located about one inch below your navel.  As you inhale to the count of five, your abdomen should be expanding as your diaphragm is moving downward.  Hold the breath for another five counts.  Exhale by removing your tongue from the roof of your mouth keeping your mouth slightly open.  To the count of five, slowly, quietly exhale like a cool breeze.  If a feather were placed in front of your mouth during the exhalation, it would not be moved, so quiet and calm is the exhaling breath.  Continue this exercise without pause between inhalation and exhalation.  As you become more adept with this breathing exercise, you may wish to hold the breath longer.  Increase the count gradually as you are ready for it.

Practice hara breathing daily for at least ten to twenty minutes in the mornings and evenings. You will immediately notice improvement in your inner feelings and in your overall physical health. Feel free to use this breathing technique when you are facing challenges in your life’s daily activities.  You can do the exercise for a few moments  or for ten to twenty minutes, once a day or twice a day or throughout the day. At the end you’ll feel much calmer and refreshed.  Your choices, options, possibilities and opportunities become clearer when you are calmer. Enjoy deeper breathing and better health.   Ashay!

Spring Forward (part 2)

It has long been written that the world as we know it will be forever altered by 2012. The need for a global consciousness of global respect, love and appreciation for all life cannot be understated.  We have passed the time for only having recognition and concern for our own problems. Yes, the spiritually-disenfranchised of this nation continue to support devastating wars and conflicts around the world. In so doing, the propagation of fear and terrorism is being used to further us away from our goal of global harmony.  Spring is the season of new thought and new ways of looking at old situations.  We are charged with taking evolutionary steps in the direction of inner peace, then world peace.  We have many movements coming forth to allow bring this goal to its fruition. One such goal is A Day of Global Silence.  The first date is07/07/07.  Spread the world and read the article on this website that will tell you how to use silence to create inner and global peace. Please lend yourself to this effort and spread the word for Silence. Shhh…”Be still and know that ye are daughters and sons of the Most High!”

It is through honoring the truth in our spirits, taking care to rest, eat well, speak truth, speak kindness, think high thoughts, and by respecting all life that we are most likely to remain strong, centered, focused, loving, caring, considerate, enthusiastic, helpful, encouraged and encouraging, motivated and motivating, inspired and inspiring. Many of us will suffer through our own or through the sufferings of others. One thing is certain, no matter how difficult, ridiculous, or fearful things may appear, ALL IS IN DIVINE ORDER. Take quiet time to honor yourself, your thoughts, feelings, fears, or confidences and to attune with greater frequency to the Divine Self, whatever you name IT, God, Allah, Jah, Yahweh, Jehovah, Mother Spirit, Infinite Spirit, Wakan Tanka, Holy Breath of All Life, Jesus, Buddha,Krishna, and so on. Remember also to honor the ancestors of ancient or recent past without whose lives yours would not be. The old folks put it aptly, “always remember where you’ve come from.”

QI GONG EXERCISES TO CALM THE INNER SELF: 

In the Huang Ti Nei Ching Su Wen, the Yellow Emperor, Huang Ti, asks Ch’i Po, “How can one achieve a tranquil atmosphere?” She answers, “By avoiding transgressions of the laws of nature.” One of the ways to avoid (too many) transgressions is through proper use of the breath. Perhaps one or all of the following three qi gong exercises will lively up your qi.

HARA BREATHING TECHNIQUE

Two important reasons for performing Hara breathing technique are to relieve the body, mind, and spirit of any type of stress and to circulate and strengthen the body’s qi (vital energy).  If you feel weak, overwhelmed, scared, angry, or just stressed out, breathing into the hara region will ease these feelings.  Breathing into the hara allows you to contact your reservoir of energy, and then helps you root it.  In so doing, you are bringing in the vibration of optimal health to your being.

Find a place of quiet peacefulness. Make sure the clothes you are wearing are loose fitting, especially around your waist.  You may lie down, sit down or stand up to perform this breathing technique. Breathe continuously without pause between inhalation and exhalation.

Practice this technique daily for at least ten to twenty minutes in the morning and evening.  You will soon notice improvement in your inner feelings and in your overall physical health.
